Dr. Woodson teaches three annual summer teacher workshops in Ohio, each
are 30-hour courses for two graduate credits. Two are in the Cleveland
area and one is in the Cincinnati area of Ohio. He also teaches two
shorter workshops, one on science and music at Miami University,
Middletown, near Cincinnati, and one for the North Eastern Ohio Education
Association on NEOEA Day in the fall. There are three one-day workshops on
his Roots of Rhythm curriculum: Cleveland, New Orleans, and Los Angeles.
All of the workshops include instrument making and all workshops are open
and appropriate for music and non-music teachers.
